1. Customer Care Officer / Front Office Officer.(Pan India)


Job Responsibilities

Day to Day tasks at Customer Care Group

  • Handling Customer Queries.

  • Resolving Problem Samples.

  • Intimating the Client regarding Problem Specimens.

  • Replying to the Queries of Client/Sales Officers/Patient/Doctors through fax, telephone and Emails.

  • Co-ordination with the various Department for solving patients problems, report status etc.

  • Accepting request for add-on & Cancellation of test

  • Organizing for Home Visits.

  • Delays/Test down information from Lab. Conveyed proactively to the Client/Sales Officers.

Resolving Customer queries

  • Delay in reports

  • Discrepant reports

  • Interpretation of reports

  • Resolving queries related to newly introduced tests and co-ordination with concerned departments to incorporate in the price list. Resolving problem specimens related to the same queries.


  • Documentation of Various queries, complaints received from clients, patients and doctors and doing follow up for the same.

  • Documenting Delayed reporting of tests from the laboratory and providing analysis for the same.

2. District Manager / Area Manager (Pan India)

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate Strategic Plans to expand network across the assigned region territory in line with Company strategy

  • Have a good understanding of the market and the catchment area for future partners

  • Identification of right partner i.e. OUTLET & LAB by analyzing their ability on investment and business growth.

  • Coordinate and follow up with Leads till closure

  •  Location Analysis  (1) LAB must be on prominent location (main road near high end residential locality or near premier medical institutions) with good frontage. (2) OUTLET must be near a similar location archetype and within easy access for patients

  • Collaboratively work with Sales team on identifying location and business viability

  • Streamline and formulate standard legal agreement for new OUTLET or LAB with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate organizational risk exposure in collaboration with Cluster or Business Head for LAB launch activities.

  • Co-ordinate with central marketing team for execution of OUTLET

  • nsure regular visits of OUTLET and LAB for first two months of operation to resolve initial challenges and system gaps with the support of Cluster & Business Heads.
